✅Navy Beef Stew: The sauce is made by slow-cooking beef and vegetables. It has a rich and layered taste, and the beef is made from Nagasaki Wagyu beef. There will be sweetness in the entrance and a slight sourness in the finish.

✅Lemon Steak: "Sasebo's specialty" made of thinly sliced ​​beef topped with sukiyaki sauce and lemon juice. And such a Japanese sauce paired with lemon juice makes the meat full of citric acid and fragrance, making it less greasy.
