"Fengzhijia" is a very famous local restaurant. It has been in business since Showa 26 (founded in 1951 AD) and was taken over by the US military. The important thing is that it is only found in Nagasaki. The signatures inside are "Navy Beef Stew", "Lemon Steak", "Queen's Cream Puff"...
✅Navy Beef Stew: The sauce is made by slow-cooking beef and vegetables. It has a rich and layered taste, and the beef is made from Nagasaki Wagyu beef. There will be sweetness in the entrance and a slight sourness in the finish.
✅Lemon Steak: "Sasebo's specialty" made of thinly sliced beef topped with sukiyaki sauce and lemon juice. And such a Japanese sauce paired with lemon juice makes the meat full of citric acid and fragrance, making it less greasy.
✅Queen's Cream Puff: Add banana, apple, kiwi and other fruits to the rum-scented custard cream, and top with special caramel sauce made of sugar and condensed milk to enjoy. The crust is a soft puff, which tastes very ordinary and cannot be said to be delicious.
✅Mentaiko Pasta: It tastes just as you can imagine. The mentaiko is mixed with some mayonnaise and stir-fried together with the pasta. It tastes salty and has an average performance.
Other side dishes are quite ordinary. Overall, this restaurant may have a historical atmosphere, but as for the deliciousness of the food, it's really not bad. It's not terrible, but I wouldn't say it's particularly delicious either.
