This is a popular spot on Instagram! After spending five days in Hong Kong, I came to this restaurant twice 🤣 because I wanted to try their famous scrambled egg pineapple bun and scrambled egg rice.
On my first visit, I came for breakfast! I originally planned to have the signature scrambled egg rice and pineapple bun, only to find out that the scrambled egg rice is only served after 11 AM.
Coincidentally, my Hong Kong friend hadn’t eaten at this restaurant before, so we returned two days later for lunch 🤤
The seating area of the restaurant is quite unique; besides the indoor seating, there are outdoor seats in the alley that resemble a dai pai dong, which are more spacious than the indoor seats.
However, it seems to be regulated by law, and the staff said we could only use takeout containers 🥡

Among the char siu, shrimp, and tender beef, my favorite is definitely the tender beef, which has a texture that is relatively rare in Taiwan.
We ordered three scrambled egg rice dishes, and my Hong Kong friend couldn’t stop praising how delicious it was 😋

A very indulgent combination!
The pineapple bun is like a hamburger, filled with thick scrambled eggs and butter.
Plus, the outer crust is crispy from being toasted, making it an absolutely wonderful treat.

This one is more ordinary.
I didn't see a “toasted” option on the menu; if there was a toasting option, it would definitely enhance the dish.
