On the holiday, I went for a stroll near Keelung Port to check out some cruise ships 🛳️. It was too hot, so I found a brunch place nearby that had air conditioning. The shop was not very big and didn’t have many seats, but it was quite clean and bright.
About the meal:
The German sausage with Mexican chili soft baguette cost NT$110. It was a bit difficult to manage as the sausage kept falling out. The pickled cucumber sauce was the key flavor; without it, the taste would be a bit bland with just the bread and sausage.
Unsweetened green tea cost NT$40. It was pretty ordinary green tea, made from tea bags rather than loose leaves. Fortunately, there were quite a few ice cubes, which helped cool things down perfectly.
A cup of unsweetened green tea costs $40, which I feel is a bit pricey, and it tastes pretty ordinary.
A fully cooked egg is $20, and grilled king oyster mushrooms are $35. I find this dish quite tasty; it’s well-seared and aromatic. Since I wasn't hungry, I ordered some snacks to share, and they also gave some shredded cucumber on the side.
The German sausage with Mexican chili on a soft baguette costs $110, which I also think is a little expensive. However, it actually tastes pretty good, and it comes with pickles, enhancing the overall flavor and aroma.
There aren't many seats available in the shop.
