Hidden in the alleys of Fangliao Township, Pingtung, is the Shueidiliao Meatball Shop. This time, I ordered the traditionally made steamed meatballs and some noodle.

The accompanying clear soup was an extra pleasant surprise; although not particularly rich, it was refreshing and helped cleanse the palate, making it perfect to alternate with the meatballs or noodles, completing this snack experience.

Overall, the most impressive aspect of the experience was the owner’s warmth. It’s common to see the owner warmly greeting customers in the shop.
