My impression is that they are salmon, tuna, swordfish, kangaroo and scallops (not sure if I remembered it correctly or identified it incorrectly). I remember that this Japanese-style shop has not been open for a long time. There is only one chef in the shop but the food is not very slow (very strong). The food is really good and the environment is very comfortable. I highly recommend everyone to give it a try!
