I suddenly really wanted to eat Luosifen (snail noodles), so I chose this place, highly recommended! If you like it spicy, the drinks across the street are quite good.

🌟 The shop offers takeout drinks, and the Luosifen is super awesome, with nice air conditioning.

Introduction
"Yuanfen" is located next to the honorary street intersection and is a new shop that opened this April, featuring local flavors from Liuzhou. The owner is from Liuzhou, which is pretty cool!

The interior decoration is very simple, with about seven tables mostly for two people. It has an open kitchen so you can see the cooking process at a glance, and you can smell the aromas without much oil smoke.

Luosifen is a snack from Liuzhou, Guangxi, made with unique dried rice noodles, topped with pickled bamboo shoots, black fungus, peanuts, fried tofu skin, yellow flowers, and vegetables. The broth is made by simmering stone snails with a balanced sour and spicy flavor. A good snail broth should be clear but not bland, numbing but not too spicy, hot but not overwhelming, fragrant but not greasy. Authentic Luosifen does not include snails; the broth is simmered with snails.

Be careful, as many people have tried the packaged "Hao Huan Luo," which has a really pungent and strong taste with a weird odor that resembles the smell of preserved mushrooms; I only realized today that this is due to the preservation method. Normally, Luosifen doesn’t have that kind of smell.

Signature Luosifen 💰140
I originally wanted to try the "bombs," but they were too popular and sold out. I had bamboo shoots, black fungus, peanuts, fried tofu skin, without yellow flowers (which might not be sold in Taiwan) and vegetables, but I thought it was really satisfying overall. If you want more sourness, you can add more yourself, which is really delightful.

Thoughts: Although I haven’t tried the authentic version yet, I think if you enjoy eating Hao Huan Luo, you would like this place even more. It doesn’t smell worse, but it is more fragrant and sour, plus you can choose from many levels of spiciness.

If you value the food: Luosifen is excellent!

If you value the environment: Open kitchen, clean, and cool air conditioning.

If you value parking: Motorbikes can park at the door, but it’s hard to park cars (I suggest parking on Datong Road and walking in).

If you value restrooms: I forgot to check.

If you value the queue: Very fast service; hardly need to wait.

If you value service: The owner will patiently explain everything.

If you value cost-performance ratio: 🌟🌟🌟🌟
