The grass jelly at this place is very smooth and tender, and it's delicious when paired with milk balls. The portion of triple taro Q is generous, but the texture has more flour, and the taro flavor is a bit mild. Overall, friends who enjoy grass jelly shouldn't miss it.

Famous soft grass jelly in Hsinchu, I happened to come to Hsinchu and specifically came here to take some away.
▪️ (Cold) Soft grass jelly + Triple taro Q $70
▪️ (Cold) Soft grass jelly + Double taro Q $60
My friend specifically wanted the triple taro Q. I tried it for the first time and thought I would go for the double. Taro Q is actually like a square version of taro balls, and the shape is quite cute. The texture is chewy, and it feels like they added more flour during production, making it harder to taste the taro. Personally, I'm okay with it, but I prefer a bit more taro. However, the soft grass jelly paired with the milk balls is really delicious. The soft grass jelly is quite smooth and tender. If you like grass jelly, you can't miss this place; it's not available in Taipei. Just for your reference.
