Rock & Roll Pizza is a small chain pizza restaurant with a certain reputation.
Compared with large-scale pizza chains such as Naples, Pizza Hut, and Domino's, it is natural to be unique in pizza.

The pizza crust of Rock and Roll Pizza is adjusted with Italian thin slices as the base, and has a completely different texture from American puffy pizza.

What I enjoyed today was party pizza, grilled short wings with homemade French hot sauce, plus two bottles of drinks. I think it cost about 750 yuan.

The twelve-inch party pizza was cut into four flavors, satisfying our desire to try as many flavors as possible.
There are four types: grilled chicken, American sausage, bacon, and Italian handmade sausage.

The texture of grilled chicken paired with cheese is really amazing. The chicken is grilled just right and is flavored by spices, and then the cheese gives it a mild and thick texture. It is very delicious.
The American sausage and bacon are also seasoned very well.
Italian handmade sausage looks a bit like ground meat, but it is actually made in the same way as common Taiwanese sausage, that is, it becomes ground meat after being disassembled.
The unique spices of Italian handmade sausage give us a cumin and fennel flavor that is different from Taiwanese style, making it delicious and interesting to eat.

Grilled short wings with homemade French chimichurri sauce was actually an appetizer, but due to the restaurant's cooking schedule, we didn't arrive until we had finished the pizza.
The chicken wings and legs are grilled until they are fragrant, tender and juicy. The special spicy sauce is really spicy, but if you are willing to bravely try it, the delicious taste will make you satisfied.

Overall, it is understandable why Rock and Roll Pizza can still thrive despite the current situation where three major companies have monopolized the pizza industry. It is indeed quite delicious.
