🍴 About the meals ☕
Before visiting, I checked Google reviews and saw many people say the soup tastes like plain water and the dishes lack flavor; I still decided to give it a try. The braised pork rice contains some cabbage and is topped with a layer of minced pork. The overall taste is indeed mild, but since I prefer lighter flavors, it was completely fine for me. The meat wasn't too tough either. The wontons in the Fresh Meat Wontons Soup weren't great; they felt a bit undercooked and didn't give that typical wonton experience. Seems like I also got the undercooked part. The soup base was really light, but I was okay with it; I think those who prefer stronger flavors might not enjoy it.
🤨 Conclusion ♥
Many people on Google reviews recommended the wontons, but I think the braised pork rice is acceptable for me, though the signature wontons are really nothing special; I’d just treat this place as a bento shop specifically for buying braised pork rice 😂.
