Today before leaving Ho Chi Minh City, I came here and ordered the most classic dishes!
Originally, we accidentally went to the store next door.
Their employees also discovered that we were in the wrong store! We were specially invited to go next door!
The shop assistants here speak pretty good English...there won't be any big communication barriers!
We ordered two of the most classic dishes~

❤️Vietnamese Seafood Pancake Banh Xeo
This seafood pancake is a must-try dish that I highly recommend~~ At first, I thought the yellow pancake was an egg pancake. But it turned out that the outer layer was fried to a crispy texture. It tasted a little like coconut and was a turmeric pancake with turmeric powder added! The skin is thin and filled with lots of stuffing... including bean sprouts, shrimps, lettuce and more! Finally, add Vietnamese fish sauce and sweet and sour sauce to make the perfect seafood pancake. The taste made by this restaurant will make people have endless aftertaste! The pancakes are just the right crispiness and the perfect heat, and the combination of all the vegetables 🥬 and the pancakes is just right! Anyone who comes to Vietnam must try it!

❤️Shrimp🍤Spring rolls
This shrimp spring roll is a perfect recipe~ I think it’s the best I’ve ever had in Taiwan! But now that I’m here, I think I might as well give it a try~! The spring roll wrappers here are very good and the fillings are not stingy! Plus classic sauce~! It still feels pretty good in this hot Ho Chi Minh City!

Overall, if I come to Ho Chi Minh City again, I will go back for the pancakes! After all, I am a person who doesn’t like coconut...but I really like the taste of this cake!
