This Thai restaurant is located in an alley. The kitchen and dining area are separate. There are not many seats in the store. It is safer to book a table in advance. There are baskets provided to put your belongings when you are seated. The last order time is 8 o'clock. .
Meals 🥘
Steamed lemon fish / 380 yuan: The fish is very tasty, the sauce is slightly sour, and it is sprinkled with chili, coriander and minced garlic. It tastes very good with rice. The only drawback is that the scales of the fish have not been cleaned. When eating, you have to pick out the scales as well as the thorns. It’s so busy!
Moon Shrimp Cake/390 Yuan: I thought it was a bit expensive when I saw the price of 390 Yuan, but after it was served, the thickness of this shrimp cake was really thick. The outer skin was fried very crispy, and the filling should be wrapped in fish paste. The shrimps are very chewy and paired with the plum sauce in the middle. The combination is really satisfying! It's still delicious after it's cooled down and doesn't smell like fuel.
Cabbage with shrimp paste / 150 yuan: This cabbage that is quickly stir-fried still retains a crispy texture, and it is also very delicious when paired with the store's signature shrimp paste, because our other two dishes require some time to prepare, and this alone Cabbage just ate a bowl of white rice🤣
White rice / 25 yuan per person: White rice is a relatively long Thai rice, which tastes a little harder. If you don’t have enough, you can keep adding more.
During the meal, I found that many foreigners came to eat in the store. Most of the seats were large tables. The set menu provided was for at least four people. I would like to try other dishes next time.
Zhongzheng District, Taipei - Authentic Thai cuisine hidden in the alleys. This is the thickest and most delicious moon shrimp cake I have ever eaten!

🌕🌕🌕🌕🌕
This shrimp cake is really "shrimp"! Just looking at the thickness is amazing! I didn’t expect it to be even more amazing after eating it! Crispy on the outside and not greasy! The filling is plump and chewy, and the shrimps are very present! The dipping sauce is even more outstanding, with a hint of ebony aroma, sour and sweet, very refreshing, it completely elevates the flavor of this shrimp cake to another level, it’s so good! Please accept my five stars~~
One portion is cut into eight pieces in total. This dish is highly recommended and would make you want to bring friends over to try it! It's a pity that it's not simple at this price point XD
📍Steamed lemon fish NT$380
🌕🌕🌕🌕🌘
The sauce is very good, with a spicy and sour theme, a hint of lemon aroma, and the middle note brings out the strong aroma of nine-layer pagoda, celery, and coriander! It is finished with minced garlic, minced chili pepper, fish sauce and other seasonings. It is delicious and the sauce is perfect when poured over rice. The fish is fresh and has no fishy smell. The only penalty is that the fish scales are not shaved off, which makes the fish taste very bad when eating!
📍Cauliflower with shrimp paste NT$150
🌕🌕🌕🌕🌑
The smell of shrimp paste hits your nostrils as soon as this dish is served, which is slightly thin and thick. There are shredded fungus, scallions, and minced garlic in the dish for seasoning, and it is full of aroma! Unfortunately, I think the whole question is too oily and the taste is slightly salty, but
It’s a great addition to rice, and it’s also a rice-killer!
📍White rice NT$25/person (renewable for free)

The unique jasmine aroma of Thai rice is what Thai cuisine needs! Thai sauce and other things will make you a rice killer~ (Help the poor rice QQ, burp! Eat well)

▶️ Overall evaluation
🔹 It would be more cost-effective to eat together with four or more people (inclusive)! Because you can share a little bit of each dish XD, each order is very pricey! There were only two of us, my friend and I, and we were so full after just ordering three dishes!
🔹 The service staff sounds like they are Thai by their accent, and the service is very friendly. The overall feeling during the meal is very authentic.
🔹 All in all, I recommend this place! Will want to come back again to eat with more people and try out other different dishes!
