The broth has a fragrant blend of Chinese herbs; it’s neither greasy nor overly salty, and there’s a hint of sweetness in the aftertaste—surprisingly delicious.
🍜 The hand-pulled udon noodles are the standard type that you usually see, with an average texture, paired with slices of pork, taro strips, lotus root, shiitake mushrooms, and baby bok choy among 11 different ingredients. Finishing the bowl left me quite full. Each ingredient complemented each other well, with no unpleasant surprises, and the cooking was spot-on.
