The Noodle Shop was originally a dry noodle and pig blood soup restaurant on Linkou Street for about 30 years. Even the name on Facebook is called Linkou Street Dry Noodle and Pig Blood Soup.
In this area on the border of Xinyi Nangang, it is a rare store that stays open until early in the morning.

What we enjoyed today were Ganlian noodles, spicy noodles, shark smoke, dried black beans, rice noodles, and blanched vegetables, which totaled about 350 yuan.

Liver noodles:
The noodles are ordinary Yangchun noodles. The texture is quite elastic but a little pink. The Ganlian is quite delicious and has a good texture.

Spicy noodles:
I won’t go into details about the noodle body. The meat of spicy noodles is pork slices, and paired with duck blood, the overall look is like a low-end version of spicy hot pot.
The duck blood itself has no taste, but it goes well with the soup. However, the soup is not as rich but refreshing and sweet as spicy pot and malatang. The greasy feeling at the end made me unable to finish the meal.

Shark Smoke:
This is delicious, the fresh shark smoke, mustard and ointment are very good, and the texture is chewy and rich.

Dried black beans and rice sausage:
The dried tofu is really big, but there is nothing special about it.
The rice sausage is processed very cleanly, and the casing and the inside taste quite delicious.

Blanched vegetables:
It's pretty good, nothing memorable.

The internal area of ​​the store is quite small, and there are a lot of customers. This feeling of rubbing shoulders is not very good.

Overall, I would only consider it in the early morning when I really have nothing to eat.
I don’t know what the impact was after eating this meal, but I actually had diarrhea the next day.
It may also be that you are too weak after eating spicy food late at night.
The braised food is pretty good.

Hmm...I don’t really recommend it.
