I really enjoy the excitement of stumbling upon a new spot. Upon entering the alleys of Minquan, I unexpectedly found many small shops, like one selling Canelé and another serving homemade Japanese curry rice.
I went in on a weekday afternoon, and the staff were constantly occupied with customers coming in and out to order. The decor in the shop is warm and elegant, and every cake looks delicious.
Every time, the NG snacks are different. Even though it's NG, the staff thoughtfully provided the best way to enjoy the cinnamon roll.
I took it home to enjoy, trying it at room temperature and then heated. However, I just don't understand their cinnamon roll. It lacks a strong cinnamon aroma and cinnamon sauce. When heated, it doesn't have a crispy texture. Eating it at room temperature, I can't really taste the flavor of the dough.
If I had to spend $120 on this cinnamon roll, I would say no. I'd prefer to spend my money trying other dessert items.

This is a well-known dessert shop in Banqiao and currently has many branches! Their décor has an American country-style feel. They have a wide selection of desserts, and the quality is very stable. The ones I’ve had before are pretty good!
This time I tried the cakes they launched for Mother’s Day.
-Huayang-white chocolate vanilla Chantilly/grape pomelo jelly/passion fruit milk filling/osmanthus four seasons spring milk filling/rice almond filling/unflavored original rice tart crust-very delicious! The performance of each level is clearly different but integrated together! The top layer of Chantilly is refreshing and not greasy. When grapefruit jelly is slightly thawed, it will have a slightly gritty texture and a distinct pulpy feel, retaining the sweet and sour taste of grapefruit without the bitterness. The texture of the passion fruit milk filling is a little thicker, but the sweet and sour taste of the passion fruit makes it not greasy. The next layer of Osmanthus Four Seasons Spring Milk Filling is even more amazing! The tea aroma is obvious and the aftertaste is very refreshing. The rice almond filling has a grainy texture and is firmer than ordinary cakes. At the end, the tart crust at the bottom feels relatively crispy. Overall, it is excellent both in terms of flavor and texture!
