However, overall, the broth, ingredients, and service are quite satisfying. The spiciness of the broth is not like the usual intense heat; it's more of a numbing and spicy concept.

That day, despite the numbing spiciness, the broth still made me want to keep having more, giving me a feeling of "Ah~ huff!"

Additionally, they have specially separated the dipping sauces and chili powder for personal preferences, allowing for various flavor levels to be added.

Although the meat is on the pricey side, the taste is still good, and the overall presentation follows a quality aesthetic, staying true to the subdued and understated style of the restaurant.

Moreover, the dessert soup at the end was quite nice. The wood ear mushroom soup helped to alleviate the lingering heaviness from the hot pot!

It’s certainly a high-quality hot pot that makes me want to come back for more! The only downside might be the slightly high price.
