The dish presentation is quite impressive, especially the mille-feuille from Duono, which is crispy and has a caramelized aroma. The almond ice cream is refreshing and not greasy, and it complements the flavors very well.

-Haohaoshaobo-cooked almond fruit drink milk tea -Using South African national treasure tea extract tea soup, paired with the nutty aroma of Glico almond fruit drink itself. Maybe because of the addition of homemade hazelnut parin, I personally think the sweetness is a bit high.
-Double Almond Fruit Ice Cream - Made with almond fruit drink, the pure almond fruit plant milk ice cream tastes slightly sweet with a slightly nutty flavor. It is refreshing than milk ice cream, but does not have a gritty texture. Homemade almond parin is also added in the middle to add a nutty flavor. The parin inside does not taste so sweet, and the extra almond particles have a good taste. Because I ran out of cookie cups, I used paper cups to serve them.
