The "A Wang Black Sugar Shaved Ice" on Zhongshan South Road in Yongkang, Tainan, may not be an internet-famous shop, but if you're just looking for a place to cool off in the summer and enjoy some refreshing ice, it’s actually a good choice. When I went there with friends, we ordered the signature matcha milk snowflake ice.
