香港醉紅樓潮州菜館

This is an old restaurant in Taipei. I heard that their taro dishes are both sweet and salty. I originally wanted to bring my mother, who loves taro, to eat there, but it turns out that many dishes require reservations in advance.
What I didn’t eat this time: crispy taro duck, pomegranate chicken, polygonatum odorifera stewed chicken soup, and fried taro

Signature braised goose: piled as high as a hill, it is visually satisfying. There are goose meat, goose intestines, goose blood, and some tofu on the bottom layer. It's delicious but not dry, the meat and blood are super tender and the goose intestines are crispy! Worth taking home for drinking! (Nothing left at all)
Neptune Tofu Pot: Surprisingly, the tofu is not as soft as expected, the soup is delicious, and there are many seafood ingredients.
Stir-fried cabbage with garlic: crisp and flavorful but oily
Olive green beans and green beans: go with rice, slightly salty
Teochew Oyster Omelette: The oysters are plump and generous, and the whole piece of egg omelette is full! Delicious with dipping sauce!
Salted fish steamed meatloaf: as a side dish, salted fish is really salty
