To be honest, I have no ambition to eat Lu Pork Rice all over Taiwan. I originally wanted to eat the beef noodles next door today. It was delicious.
Salty porridge, to be honest, salty porridge is more delicious than pork rice. Shredded bamboo shoots, shiitake mushrooms, and I seem to have some shallots. When combined, it is really delicious.
Give the braised pork one star. It’s crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Some braised pork skins fall off when you eat them, but theirs doesn’t do that. In fact, it’s delicious without the sauce. Once you dip it in the sauce, it’s delicious. The sauce seems to have been specially processed. It is different from ordinary soy sauce paste. It tastes better when dipped in the sauce.
The braised pork was served with kimchi. When I took the first bite, I thought I was eating stinky tofu. I wondered why there were kimchi. This kimchi was a bonus.
There was a table next to me that I heard was from Beitou. I ordered at least 15 kinds of stir-fried dishes on the table. He even told the boss that they were here to serve the table. I was so envious. I only had 15 or so dishes on the table today. It's a pity to be alone.
