I really like benefit’s healthy meal boxes, they are nutritionally balanced and delicious.

Because it closes very early, we went inside around 6 pm on a weekday, and because it was earlier in the day, there were no people available. There are not many seats in the store, and the bar can accommodate about five people.

The only difference in the meals is the main course, the side dishes are the same. I order the same items every time because the chicken legs and beef are so good.

Chicken drumstick meal: The chicken legs are whole, not stick legs. The marinade is not like soy sauce, it is salty and slightly sweet. The meat is not only tender but even tender. Served with light side dishes, it's just right.

Beef meal: The beef is ribbed, tender and fragrant. Because it is a healthy meal box, the marinade is light and the sauce has a light Chinese medicinal flavor and is not too salty. The rice underneath has a little bit of sauce attached to it, which is delicious.

Benefit's side dishes are changed every day, and there is almost no seasoning (today a trace amount of salt was added, which brought out the sweetness of the dish), and the quality is stable.

There are many healthy meal boxes, and based on my personal taste, benefit ranks among the top. In addition to the fresh side dishes, the main dishes are excellent.
