I am an extremely light-tasting person, so when eating out, I most often look for healthy meal boxes, because basically the seasonings and portions are lightweight. Among them, my favorite store is Benefit.
Benefit's fixed meal combination is staple food + three side dishes + half a soft-boiled egg. Purple rice is used for rice, and each portion is weighed to fix the calories and increase the health quality.
Among the items I have tried, the braised chicken legs and beef are the most recommended!
-Braised chicken legs$130
The seasoning should only be marinated with a little salt and a little bit of marinade, and it will go well with rice. It is really hard to imagine how high the calories will be in the marinated oily chicken legs. The point is that Benefit’s meat is still very tender!
-Braised beef $165
The reason why it tastes good is that the meat is tender, and when paired with the marinade (which should be different from the chicken drumsticks), it feels like eating a large piece of beef brisket. Although it is more expensive, there are 5-6 pieces of beef in one meal, which is definitely full of protein.
Maybe it’s because the calories are clearly marked and the taste is delicious. People are coming to take out one after another. Stores are opening one after another, and they are also available on the delivery platform. Eat-out people need to achieve a balance between health and deliciousness, right?
