🍢 Kaohsiung Sanmin ▫️ Around the Houyi Business District
🍢 A popular stir-fried and charcoal-grilled restaurant that has been thriving for over twenty years

This charcoal-grilled stir-fry restaurant located on Nanjing Street
Is always packed inside and out during weekends
It is said to have started as a roadside stall in 1997
And has developed into a two-story restaurant👏🏻

My first visit was a family gathering with a large group
Due to the slow serving speed and lackluster dishes
My impression of the place wasn’t very positive
But one day, I decided to give it another chance
And I could clearly feel the improvement🎉
(Of course, it’s also possible that the chef just had an off day the first time🤔)
From then on, my family became regulars, visiting every month❤️

Besides the fragrant aroma of charcoal-grilled dishes wafting from outside the restaurant
Every bite served at the table carries the unique flavor of charcoal🔥
A-Hong's stir-fried dishes are equally outstanding
Each dish shows a careful selection of ingredients
Especially the seafood, which allows one to truly savor fresh flavors🦐

During this visit, the dining area of the restaurant
Was originally their "Next Door" hot pot restaurant🍲
After it closed down, they retained the hot pot decor
Allowing customers to enjoy meals in a more comfortable space🥘

If you place a high emphasis on overall value for money 𝗖𝗣
A-Hong's prices may not be very friendly
But if you care about ingredient selection and delicious cooking
I think it’s worth giving it a chance to shine
After all, the stir-fried and charcoal-grilled dishes here are definitely worth trying
It's a great spot for gathering with a few friends and enjoying drinks✨

路過附近,正好跟朋友一起進去吃熱炒,生意蠻好的。 我一道一道印象深刻的評論吧。 鮭魚炒飯炒得很香,飯粒分明也不會過油,算很好吃。 金沙豆腐也是炸得非常香,旁邊的一些蒜跟蔥大大的提味豆腐內部也非常的有彈性,口感算是相當的特別,很推薦。 泰式涼拌皮蛋,就是皮蛋加上一大堆的洋蔥還有淋上泰式醬,個人認為是沒有必要點的,沒有什麼特別之處,價格還不便宜。 炸蝦卷份量不多,也沒有什麼特別的。不推薦。 炸柳葉魚,非常的推薦,比外面一般鹹酥雞攤的炸柳葉魚還要好吃很多,不油膩而且又很新鮮! 辣味回鍋肉,非常的不推薦,這道料理就只有濃濃的醬油味,沒有其他的味道,而且還死鹹,算是蠻糟的一道菜。 鮮蝦冬粉煲,還蠻推薦的,蝦子非常信心,冬粉也很入味,蝦子的鮮甜都進到冬粉檸檬了,份量也還可以,算是不錯的一道菜。 炸龍珠,龍珠的數量給的還算多,但是都非常的小顆,是我看過最小顆的炸龍珠,口味一般。 最後整家店提供的菜的份量都偏少,吃起來不太給過癮,CP值不高。餐點的差異也蠻大的,有一些口味不錯,新鮮好吃,但有一些不但份量不夠,而且吃起來味道也不好調味也不佳。 最重要的是,上個菜速度實在太慢了,我八點入座,最後一道菜10點左右才上來,吃個飯吃兩個小時,還以為在吃法式料理,這個有很大改善空間。

We had a large party (11) and made the mistake of booking online instead of calling that led to a bit of confusion at the beginning since we booked two separate parties (8 and 3). It worked out in the end but probably left us with less stoves, but anyway it worked out okay. The vibe is great, the downstairs area has booths where small parties can barbeque and watch TV on a little tablet, and upstairs is decorated like a camping area with small rocks, large tables, camping seats, and there are Christmas lights hanging from the ceiling. Food took quite a while to arrive though, perhaps was just really busy and understaffed. And of course we still have to cook it ourselves. They have a nice chicken broth for free to whet appetites. Food itself was nice and fresh, and we were happy cooking and chatting away. Something a bit odd is lack of regular water, there's not even bottled water for sale. But anyway we still like the place very much, just fun and relaxing. I hear that it's less crowded for lunch and maybe that's the better way to go for next time.

星期五晚上就是要吃串燒配生啤酒ㄚ!本來想吃品都但今天人又更多是怎麼回事==好險有機智朋友先點這家當備案🥹串燒食材放在外面直接點,酒飲料和其他麵類湯類桌上qr code點,加點酒直接手機點真危險,一不小心就喝多啦… 回到食物本身,今晚第一名給豆皮,烤得甜脆甜脆的,裡面還保有一點豆皮的嫩;蘋果豬五花算是小亮點,用一點水果平衡油膩。但整體來說口味太重了…醬感覺加得太多,乾拌麵也是有點過鹹,需要點酒止渴 用餐時間100分鐘,時間到店員會提醒。菜上得很快,氣氛也還不錯(歌單有周杰倫FIR華語金曲讚)。給就是想吃串燒又不想排品都、能接受口味比較重的朋友參考

This was a very cool experience, bbqing in the night air, surrounded by cute cats. As we entered we saw a worker firing up a batch of charcoal making pretty sparks. It was surprisingly cheap without sacrificing quality-- all you can eat, grab what you want, cook yourself and eat. They also had rice with marinated pork and noodles to go with everything. My favorite items was barbequing mackerel and fish collar. The charcoal grill is also just right, it's not too easy to burn things and you can get a nice crisp browning when cooking the food. Would definitely come again. When we went there were a lot of mosquitos though so prepare repellent. And we also went on off peak travel so it was not crowded.
