The interior has counter seats and private rooms, and at the counter, each dish is carefully fried to be enjoyed in its best condition. The batter is on the thinner side and is characterized by its crispiness. There aren't many explanations for the dishes, so it's more recommended for business meetings than for dates.

  • Tofu with sesame topped with caviar
  • Sashimi of striped jack and tuna
    → Rich soy sauce jelly. It’s delicious without the worry of too much dipping. It's light-tasting.
  • Sushi rolls (shrimp, crab, salmon roe, caviar)
    The flavor of the salmon roe is strong, and the crispness of the nori is also good.
  • Crab chawanmushi (savory steamed egg custard)

  • Yuzu sorbet

Tempura

    → Luxurious sea urchin, it’s delicious without any off-putting odor. The scallop is large and flavorful.
