The meal is not cheap, but every element is not simple. No character on the plate is just for fun✅
They mainly eat shabu-shabu or copper plate barbecue, but if you want to eat copper plate barbecue, you must sit on the first floor (only the seats on the first floor have barbecue pots), so I often see many people queuing at the door. They are all arranging copper-plate barbecues. If you just want to eat hot pot, there are usually seats in the basement.
This time I came to eat shabu-shabu, and I highly recommend their "warm-bodied black pig directly from the production area" (hot pot $480). The pork is really delicious! The meat has a light buttery aroma and is chewy but not chewy. It is the most amazing hot pot meat slices I have eaten in recent years! In addition, we also ordered the "New Zealand Lamb Tender Shoulder" (hot pot $480). The lamb is also delicious and has a strong lamb flavor, but personally I still think the black pig is more amazing.
Every element of the dish is excellent, even the cabbage is super crispy and sweet. I usually don't like hot pot ingredients, but the meatballs on their dish are also very good.
We also ordered taro balls. Although they are not cheap, three small ones cost $50, they are really delicious and you can taste the soft and fluffy taro balls.
The overall performance of the meat and dishes is great. The soup feels like soup stock but not overly sweet or salty, so it tastes good when cooked. It's good that the staple food can be replaced with eggs. Except for the slightly higher price, this restaurant has no shortcomings. It is a small hotpot restaurant that I have been very satisfied with recently🍲
