The noodle shop located in the alley has a clean and bright decoration and the food is quite delicious.
This is my second visit. I didn’t order noodles. I have tried pork noodles before. The taste is basically the same as the pork rice I ordered this time. I really like how this noodle shop handles the marinade. For me, It's just right. It tastes delicious but not too salty. It tastes very smooth overall, which is impressive.

This time I had braised pork rice. The braised pork tasted quite pleasant, not too salty, and was just right with rice.
The radish and kelp in the braised vegetables are well braised and very tasty. The taste of the braised vegetables is basically the same as that of braised pork.
