This time, my favorite item was the egg pancake skin. The egg pancake skin is deep-fried to a crispy texture, just like a cookie. Other items are also highly recommended, including the breaded mushrooms and fresh green dragon (a type of seafood)... topped generously with onions and garlic. Delicious!
