This is a delicious taste that I have enjoyed since my student days.
During this recent holiday, I went back to Kaohsiung and saw that the place on Rehe Street was open, so I immediately parked and went to buy some.
The prices have increased a bit compared to before.
I bought a large box of 10 pieces for 110 TWD to share with my family.
The pan-fried buns are made fresh at the back and then pan-fried in a skillet,
with three pans frying at the same time, so the serving speed was quite fast.
After bringing them home, they had already cooled down a bit,
but when I bit into them, they were still full of meat juice and hadn’t lost their flavor.
Dipping them in the accompanying white vinegar and chili brought back the taste I remembered!!
In summary,
this is the delicious taste I crave when I return to Kaohsiung.
I recommend it to everyone!
