Thus, there’s no need to specifically go to Shuangxi to queue for cakes; you can get equally delicious traditional flavors right here in Fulong.

The filling and skin of the mung bean cake have a certain firmness, a dense texture, and are moist and not dry even in hot weather. Importantly, it’s not overly sweet, and its sweetness doesn't become cloying. The curry pastry has a flaky crust with layers, and the curry filling is solid and tasty!
