After chatting with the boss, it seems that the reason for this store name is a direct inheritance from the name of the previous store. Unfortunately, it has little to do with Rabbit.

Today I enjoyed the pure kelp hotpot and hand-fried spicy hotpot, totaling 780 yuan.
The meat pairing is freshly slaughtered warm-bodied local chicken and snowflake beef.
The dining style of the store's hot pot is similar to that of Tsukama, where you can eat all you can of vegetables after the hot pot meat is served.

Pure kombu pot:
It is paired with local chicken that has been cooked thoroughly in the pot. The local chicken is very fat and tender.
The kombu soup base itself perfectly absorbs the flavors of all the ingredients. It has a mild taste, and the ingredients do the rest.

Hand-fried spicy hot pot:
The snowflake beef was served on a plate and we were allowed to cook it ourselves. It felt good to have the freedom to decide the doneness of the beef.
The spicy soup base and duck blood are slightly sour seasonings, which are rare types, but they are still delicious.

The vegetarian section is in the buffet bar on the first floor.
It is full of fresh vegetables from various local small farmers, including some rare items. Even okra is common here.
What are really rare are red vegetables and small watermelons. These two items are not easy to see in the market, let alone in vegetarian bars. They are really rare items.
There are two types of drinks, both with sugar, but both are quite smooth.

Overall, it is a very healthy and delicious meal. A variety of local vegetables and a good soup base make up a delicious experience.
After cooking all kinds of fresh vegetables and tender and plump meat, the taste of the soup base is really intoxicating.

I will definitely want to visit again if I have the opportunity. Although I am also very curious about the store's daily items, such as Western meals, rice, fried foods, etc., the appeal of the vegetarian hotpot is really too great. I believe the decision will be painful when the time comes.
