I love barbecue the most and this time I came to Yan Zhengyuan BBQ🍗
The location is directly opposite the Nantun District Office.
Transportation by bus/MRT/Ubike is very convenient
There is also a parking lot nearby for parking.
For internal use, there are about 4 tables4+2 tables2
I almost always order Uber eats for takeout.

The barbecue sauce used by Yan Zhengyuan has a unique sauce flavor🍖
There are sand tea, spices, and special pepper and coarse salt
A little bit salty~needs to be paired with wine! 🤣
The grills they use are extraordinary charcoal grills
Instead, use something like a shawarma machine (?
It can lock in the aroma of ingredients and sauce
Among them, the ones that impressed me the most were bacon, bird eggs 🪺 and corn 🌽
There are 4 bacon eggs. The bacon is charred and charred, which is very delicious.
The bird eggs are pure white quail eggs (no sauce is applied on them)
The two mixes really match well together

You can eat half of the big corn for 30 yuan
Every corn kernel is very plump
