Seafood Soft Tofu Clay Pot
The soup is rich and you can choose the spiciness, there is a lot of tofu, and the seafood is pretty good. It also comes with a bowl of purple rice, which has the aroma of crispy rice, which is a very special combination.

The portions are generous and the taste is good, including Sichuan fungus, seaweed, kimchi, soybean sprouts, tofu, etc. The store clerk will always ask if you want to add side dishes~

Because I only made the reservation on the evening of my first year of junior high school, I only had the unusual dinner time of 4:30.
The overall experience is good, and it is also a restaurant that we visit regularly every month.

⚠️General things to note⚠️:

1. There is an unlimited supply of side dishes. If you need it, just raise your hand and ask the service staff to help add more🙋
   Or if they are not busy, they will push a small vegetable cart to your side and ask you.
2. There is a discount of $298 in the store, please pay attention‼ ️
3. Desserts will be provided after the meal, so don’t leave in a hurry~ (douhua)
4. The toilet is outside the store, next to the elevator🛗

👌🏻General experience👌🏻:

1. This time it was arranged in the corner of the store, with three tables for 2 people put together.
2. Some of the service staff for the side dishes came to ask about three times ~ they are very hard-working
3. We have some fairy snow soup, which is served at the table~ (the soup is stir-fried and added with broth on the table cart)
4. If you order the tofu pot or snow soup, you will get a stone pot rice. If you like to eat crispy rice, you can simmer it for a while before opening the lid! 🍚

🍴Dining experience🍴:

1. Korean BBQ Tender Beef Sizzling $498
   There are not many slices of meat, about 12 thin slices🐮
   Very tender, but not Korean-style
   A bit like salty beef slices(?
   There were lots of onions on the bottom, which made me think there were a lot of slices of meat (it turned out to be a scam!!)
   The vegetable portion only provides 2 corn shoots, 2 cauliflowers, and a few bell peppers
   Judging from the price, the CP value is not high, so I don’t recommend it.
   Conclusion: 🌟2/5, simple beef slices, higher price

2. Golden crispy fried soft tofu $188
   About 10 pieces, very hot (freshly fried)
   The texture is a bit hard (I personally like softer ones)
   What's a pity is that the tofu is not egg tofu, but tofu with relatively large pores.
   Doesn’t feel particularly tender
   Conclusion: 🌟3/5, crispy dough, slightly tender tofu

3. Comprehensive seafood pancake $368 (signature Bo Xiang)🦐
   My Queen Mother’s favorite seafood pancakes
   It is recommended that everyone eat it as soon as it is served.
   Otherwise, it will feel a little wet when you put it behind, which will affect the taste.
   The seafood part includes rolls (?), oysters, shrimps, etc., plus some vegetables, etc.
   The crispy texture is as delicious as eating freshly fried pancakes~
   It's a bit oily and salty overall, but it also comes with spicy sauce to enjoy together.
   But it’s very salty without the sauce!
   Conclusion: 🌟4/5, the pancakes are very crispy when served, the seafood ingredients are moderate, and the pancakes are a bit salty.

4. Seafood Spicy Rice Cake $358🦑
   It is said to be seafood spicy rice cake, but the small roll inside is probably the only seafood (?
   There are more than rice cakes, and they are all huge
   If you like seafood, you can order it, but the CP value is not high.
   The rice cake is very delicious, soft and not hard.
   Even if you eat it after half an hour, it will still be soft~
   You can tell that the hot sauce is stir-fried with the red packaged Korean hot sauce~
   Conclusion: 🌟3/5, there are so many small rolls that they are bigger than rice cakes. They are very salty. It is recommended to serve them with rice.

5. Kimchi soft tofu pot $328 (dumplings, spicy)🌶️🥟
   I order this every time I come! The tofu is very tender and feels like bean curd
   You can choose between beef, pig, and dumplings
   The dumplings are stuffed with leeks, there are five of them, I’m not sure if I can change the filling with cabbage (every time I order it, it’s leeks)
   Immediately after serving, add an egg and use the heat of the pot to cook the egg to increase the taste.
   The kimchi is very fragrant and not too salty when soaked in the soup.
   If it’s not enough, you can add kimchi from the side dishes!
   Highly recommended (it’s a signature~)
   Conclusion: 🌟5/5, the dumplings are very filling, the kimchi has enough flavor, and the tofu is very tender👍🏻
