Because I was accompanying a patient at NTU Hospital, I came here to help buy pig liver to boost blood health. Otherwise, it's really not easy to find pig liver near NTU Hospital.

Since my first visit to Nanyang Street as a university student, I've thought that the density of stores here is incredibly intense. There are many cram school students and office workers in this area, and being next to Taipei Main Station means there's a huge flow of people. I happened to come out to buy it at noon, feeling a bit of trypophobia from the crowd.

Since I only bought pig liver, I'll focus my review on it. The pig liver itself is very fresh, so there's no overly strong or fishy smell, and I asked the store not to add any seasoning, which resulted in it tasting fine. The only issue was the scalding time could be a little longer, otherwise, it still looks a bit pink on the surface. Eating it was a bit nerve-wracking. If you need to buy pig liver, you might want to ask the owner to cook it a bit more thoroughly.

The dining space inside the noodle shop is relatively large, with a lot of dine-in customers. Takeout has a separate line, which also requires queuing. For the Nanyang Street dining environment on average, this place is above standard.

【Foodholic乃子@台北】 福州傻瓜乾麵就是久久不吃就會想念的簡單美味,油亮油亮的乾麵配上辣渣和烏醋真的好讚,所以今天就衝著要吃到這碗麵來吃「永豐福州麵」🤤 但我發生一件慘案,後續揭曉😂 「永豐福州麵」位於南陽街(補習街)一帶、台北車站附近,距離M8出口走路約3分鐘,位於一條窄巷裡,旁邊店家也都是賣吃的,午餐和晚餐時刻的人潮很多 這邊光湯麵和乾麵的選項加起來就有快20種,湯品有超過10種可選擇,想吃飯的話也有賣古早味的瓜仔肉飯 我抱著「今天就是要吃福州傻瓜乾麵」的決心點了餐!結果… 原來菜單上的「乾麵」不是我朝思暮想的「傻瓜乾麵」… 乾麵$45 這邊乾麵的醬汁比較稠,類似麻醬和炸醬的質地,吃起來偏炸醬的風味,可能「醋麵」才是我想吃的傻瓜乾麵吧 建議趁熱快吃,因為真的是「乾」麵,放久了就會很難拌開 味道還OK,但份量極少,而且就是麵和幾片小白菜,蠻單薄的,個人覺得賣$45有點貴 青菜蛋包湯$45 這邊也有賣青菜蛋花湯,原本想說蛋包好像特別一點,結果原來就是沒有打碎的蛋啊😂 湯喝起來很清淡,甚至可說沒有什麼味道,青菜是小白菜,但吃起來偏苦,再加上這碗湯份量不大,卻要$45,有點貴,整體來說不推薦點這碗湯… 發現隔壁客人點的燙青菜是用高麗菜,菜量也比較多,應該要選燙青菜的! 整體而言,餐點味道中規中矩,但份量都不大,cp值不是很高,如果想吃乾麵的話感覺這附近會有更好的選擇 如果我再訪應該就是為了想看一下「醋麵」是不是我想吃的傻瓜乾麵

路過看到,店名與設計風格都吸睛的麵店,平日午餐熱門時段,內用爆滿,外帶需於店外等候。 店面內用空間不大,儘管還是努力塞了四人桌 × 3 + 二人桌 × 2 + 靠牆位 × 7 = 23 位。 店外張貼雜誌介紹,原為義式餐廳的團隊,轉做台式麵食,可以感受到確實是以當代年輕風格,再詮釋傳統麵食的樣貌。 點了老滷牛肉乾拌麵,牛腱肉片吃起來符合預期,雖無特別記憶點,但數量不少。 寬麵表現非常棒!麵體彈牙好吃,拌入的醬料搭配相當適宜,非常喜歡。 豆棗在此作為傳統配料,不過這樣的甜味,在整體偏醬鹹的口味中,顯得...很微妙。 店內的視覺設計與播放音樂都很酷,僅收現金,且無發票。

【Foodholic乃子@台北】 先說結論:如果不介意排隊的話,非常推薦來吃這家麵疙瘩! 「BON MEINGERDA」聽說原本是開在大安站,後來才搬到劍潭站附近,一直都是排隊名店,之前礙於要排隊排很久就打消念頭,今天剛好到劍潭站附近,就下定決心來排排看! 「BON MEINGERDA」位於劍潭站附近,距離3號出口走路約7分鐘,位於住宅區,旁邊是一個社區小公園,環境挺幽靜舒適的,看到也有網友說可以外帶到公園吃 禮拜二、三固定公休,禮拜四、五似乎也只有晚上營業 中午從11:30開始營業,晚上從17:30開始營業,都是售完就關了 店內只有14個座位,據說要在開店前先來排隊才有機會在開店第一批吃到,我們星期日下午4:40左右到現場發現還沒人排隊,就到公園晃晃,大概4:55左右就開始有人排隊了,大概5:10左右第一批就額滿,接下來到的客人就要登記候位了,可能需要6點多甚至7點才能進場 ⚠️售完就沒了喔,所以營業時間是參考用的 聽說麵疙瘩的份量不大,所以我們很貪心,兩人點了三份,結論是:還是點兩份就好,三份實在太飽了,差點沒吃完浪費 我們點了東山鴨胸佐巴薩米克醋奶油麵疙瘩$260、紅燒肉蕈菇青醬麵疙瘩$230、豆乳雞起司白醬麵疙瘩$230 三種口味都很好吃,要選最喜歡哪個其實有點難分高下,不過有個相同的小缺點,就是醬汁吃到後面都會蠻膩的,尤其是起司白醬,冷掉後會更膩,建議可以點不同口味的來分食,有新鮮感就比較不膩 巴薩米克醋奶油口味吃起來帶有酸味,不一定大家都能接受,但個人覺得蠻好吃的 麵疙瘩本人表現超級優秀!!!!!!!!!!!那個軟硬度拿捏得非常剛好,很Q彈、有嚼勁,大推! 鴨胸吃起來是比較軟和有韌性的,不是煎到表面硬脆的那種,覺得是好吃的,但沒到非常厲害 紅燒肉就很台式了,覺得可以再更酥脆一點,不過味道有達到中上,份量也不小 豆乳雞形狀很可愛,長得圓圓的,乍看還以為是丸子,雞肉很扎實,味道也夠,沾一點店家自製辣椒又更上一個層次,敢吃辣的話推薦加! 整體而言,麵疙瘩真的沒有愧對要排很久的名氣,很好吃! 如果排隊半小時以內的話,願意再訪~ (下次可能會挑個平日中午,說不定人會少一點?)
