Fuzhou Fool’s Dry Noodles is a simple and delicious dish that you will miss if you don’t eat it for a long time. The shiny dry noodles paired with spicy residue and black vinegar are really delicious, so I decided to eat this bowl of noodles today. "Yongfeng Fuzhou Noodles" "🤤
But a tragedy happened to me, and it will be revealed later 😂
"Yongfeng Fuzhou Noodles" is located in Nanyang Street (tutu street) and near Taipei Main Station. It is about a 3-minute walk from the M8 exit. It is located in a narrow alley. The shops next to it also sell food. There are many people during lunch and dinner.
There are nearly 20 types of soup noodles and dry noodles here. There are more than 10 types of soups to choose from. If you want to eat, they also sell ancient-style melon rice with pork belly.
I ordered the meal with the determination of "Today I want to eat Fuzhou fool dry noodles"! As a result...it turns out that the "dry noodles" on the menu are not the "silly dry noodles" that I had been dreaming of...
Dry noodles $45
The sauce of the dry noodles here is thicker, similar to the texture of sesame paste and fried sauce, and tastes more like fried sauce. Maybe the "vinegar noodles" are the stupid dry noodles I want to eat.
It is recommended to eat it quickly while it is hot, because it is really "dry" noodles and will be difficult to mix if left for a long time.
The taste is OK, but the portion is very small, and it's just noodles and a few pieces of cabbage. It's quite thin. I personally think it's a bit expensive at $45.
Vegetable egg dumpling soup $45
They also sell vegetable and egg drop soup here. I originally thought that the egg buns seemed a bit special, but it turned out that there were no broken eggs 😂
The soup tastes very light, even tasteless. The vegetables are cabbage, but they taste bitter. In addition, the portion of the soup is not large, but it costs $45, which is a bit expensive. Overall, I do not recommend ordering this bowl of soup. …
I found that the scalded vegetables ordered by the customer next door were made from cabbage, and the portion was quite large. I should have chosen the scalded vegetables!
Overall, the food tastes quite average, but the portions are not large and the cp value is not very high. If you want to eat dry noodles, I feel there are better options nearby.
If I visit again, it will probably be to see if the "vinegar noodles" are the stupid dry noodles I want to eat.
