David Little Lamb, who visited the US military dormitory area in Yangmingshan today, was warmly greeted by the store clerk, and then he started grinding his teeth enthusiastically.
The store clerks are very docile, and the human clerks are very docile as Mai and Xiaoxiao nibble on their clothes and snatch their hats.

Today I enjoyed truffle, porcini and wild mushroom risotto, porcini and mushroom stewed chicken soup, and oven-roasted Indian spice chicken. I ordered two drinks, namely light pomelo and passion fruit tea. The total including service charge was about 1,700 yuan. .

Truffle porcini and wild mushroom risotto: The rice is not too soft when stewed, and it combines well with the rich truffle aroma.
Carefully simmering the rice to a different degree of cooking brings out different textures. It is also quite delicious with a large amount of mushrooms in your mouth.

Boletus and Mushroom Stewed Chicken Soup: The chicken soup is quite mellow.
Like the risotto, a large number of mushrooms freely release their essence in the soup and complement the mellow chicken soup, and the result is enjoyable.

Oven-roasted Indian spice chicken: The roasted chicken spices are very distinctive. Dip the sauce into your mouth together with the vegetables that are roasted together, and feel the aroma of the roasted food. It is quite satisfying.
The sauces are Indian spice sauce and yogurt and cucumber sauce, each tasting unique.

The corn that was placed by the table was snatched away by the rushing wheat 🥲

Two drinks are just average flavored tea drinks.
It is actually quite sufficient as a treat to remove oil and relieve greasiness.
It is worth mentioning that the pomelo-flavored sparkling drink has a lot of pulp.

Overall, the food is delicious and the experience is unique and interesting. Although it is a bit inconvenient to be located on Yangmingshan, I hope to come here often if I have the opportunity.

More than ten years ago, this place was a group of ruins. I didn’t expect it to be so beautiful now.
