This noodle shop is an old brand in Taitung, offering a variety of noodle types. Impressively, even with all kinds of noodles to handle, they manage to cook them all deliciously, which shows real skill! The noodles have a moderate firmness and are substantial in texture.

They sell all sorts of common traditional noodles, including beef noodles, spaghetti, wonton noodles, and squid soup noodles, among others. Additionally, the prices are very affordable; I ordered a bowl and a bowl of egg flower soup and it only cost 70 NT dollars. In this era of rising prices, that’s really not easy to find! Furthermore, the braised items are fresh and cleanly prepared. If you come with a few friends, I recommend sharing some side dishes to enjoy together.

The dining area in the shop is relatively spacious, and there's air conditioning in the summer, so you don't have to worry about it being too hot while eating. The serving speed is also very quick, making it perfect for office workers to visit during their breaks.
