Wangpin’s restaurant group, Meat to the Power, has finally opened a store in Taoyuan 🙌🏻
People in Taoyuan no longer need to travel to Taipei, as they can enjoy it right here 👍
This time, Zhongli opened two locations, one for wagyu hot pot and one for Meat to the Power.
Since it’s newly opened, it’s particularly clean and bright 😆 The flow inside the store is quite good, though the seating is a bit cramped 😝
Today we chose the 988 price point, focusing on the wagyu chuck steak 🥩
The wagyu chuck steak is flavorful, and with one bite, the juices burst out. The grill here is hot enough to create a crispy crust while keeping the inside tender 😋 The ribeye steak has rich beef fat and is even softer 🤤 The diaphragm steak is also a highlight.
Meat lovers absolutely cannot miss this 🙌🏻 However, the beef tongue is quite small, so its performance was just average 😑
The seafood section also performed well 👍 Unlimited abalone is really nice. Although they are not very big, cooking them in garlic butter seafood is very delicious 🤣 Additionally, adding a bit of salt to the garlic butter to dip with the steak is also fantastic 👍 I can only say that the garlic butter is delicious 😆
The seasoning area has various sauces and powders, and with scallion salt and pickles, the flavors are layered and rich 🤩
The ice cream and drink area has many varieties, and the toppings for the ice cream are super cute and abundant, allowing you to create your own unique ice cream design ✌️ I particularly love the hidden flavor of ice cream, which has a dark color but is actually strawberry-flavored. I think it's very tasty 😋, though it does have a bit too much coloring 😆
To sum up:
The restaurant group has a considerable standard in ingredients, and I think they do a great job with education and training. The waitstaff are patient and friendly 👍 (the staff serving us were especially kind 😝), and since Sogo is right nearby in Zhongli, you can stroll around after a meal 👍
