【Foodholic Noko @ Taipei】
"Chengxiang Brunch" is located near Yongchun Station, just a minute's walk away. I came here for the egg pancakes because I found that when everyone mentions egg pancakes in Taipei online, this place comes up frequently. As a fan of egg pancakes, I certainly couldn't miss it.
I chose the tuna vegetable egg pancake with cheese. The portion is incredibly large; even if you only eat this egg pancake for brunch, you'll be very full. The tuna is mixed with salad, and includes onions and black pepper. Personally, I quite like the seasoning, and there are plenty of vegetables. However, I think the cheese is optional; it's not necessary to add it. The pancake skin is crispy, which is okay, and the whole thing is crunchy, but I prefer a crispy exterior with a soft interior, so it's not something I'd go out of my way to eat.
Radish Cake with Scrambled Eggs
I think this is a bit ordinary; perhaps it's because I don't particularly like radish cake, so it's optional to order.
Almond Soy Milk
It mostly tastes like almond tea, with less bean flavor. People who like almond tea should enjoy it.
