This was recommended by a friend before. I happened to be nearby on the weekend, so I came to eat~

Selling ramen with seafood soup. There are about ten seats in the store, and they are all bar-style seats. Self-service ordering and checkout are adopted at the machine.

The grouper is deboned, the fish meat is not soft and rotten, and the grouper white soup is really fresh and sweet. The soup is slightly thick and has a gelatinous texture when you drink it. Noodles, I think they are delicious😋

The ramen noodle is thick, but you can also customize the noodle to be hard or soft?!

This bowl was ordered by a friend and I had a few bites~
The soup is orange-red. Although the item is called cappuccino, it doesn't taste like coffee. The whole bowl has a very shrimp aroma.

The shrimp tastes very fresh, and the shrimp soup is rich but not overpowering. There is a dollop of milk foam on the side to add flavor. It is delicious when paired with chewy thick noodles.

I have been afraid to try this type of ramen again after having a bad fish ramen before. However, Noodle House offers fish soup ramen or shrimp soup ramen. The taste of the soup is very balanced, and there is no fishy smell in the overall taste. It’s delicious fish ramen ~ I’ll want to come back and try it again😋
