The Noodle House has a fish stall near the Ximen Pedestrian Area. There have been several customers dining in the store since it first opened. However, although its space is small, the seating arrangement does not make people feel crowded, and there are even storage baskets for storage. You put it in your carry-on bag, which is very considerate and allows people to relax and enjoy a meal of ramen.
In addition to the original fish soup, the soup base also has two variations: black garlic oil and spicy miso. There is also shrimp soup (but it is sold out today? The store has just opened🤣). There are not many choices, but it turns out that you don’t need more. The ingredients include seaweed, fish cakes, pork and chicken barbecued pork, and candied eggs. You can add more. However, the basic configuration of spicy miso already includes pork, chicken, barbecued pork, and candied eggs. The original version also has an extra piece of fish cakes, so you can still get it without adding any. Eat richly. You can freely choose the softness and hardness of the surface part, which is also a plus.
After the ramen was served, I thought the two bowls of noodles were very beautiful at first sight, especially the original bowl. The arrangement in the noodle bowl was designed and colorful, and the chopped purple onion was the finishing touch. You can see it even before you eat it. very happy. I just drank the soup without adding any ingredients in the first sip. I really have nothing to say. The milky white soup concentrates the delicious taste of grouper, seashells and chicken. You really can't stop drinking this sip. Then I knew that I would definitely have to visit again countless times in this life.
The ingredients on the noodles, the grouper fillets are solid and plump, and the meat is very delicate. Although the pork barbecued pork and chicken barbecued pork are relatively ordinary, they do not affect the flavor of this bowl of noodles. The sugar-coated eggs are a pity. They look good but are just eaten. It doesn't have much presence, but the bean sprouts and raw onions are particularly eye-catching in such a rich soup. Even if the diners finish this bowl of noodles with such rich flavor and umami in one sitting, they will never feel tired. Really like.
The spicy miso part is not too spicy, but the aftertaste is not small. It is recommended that first-timers start with the original flavor! As for the sold out shrimp soup, we have to see you next time🥹

大家好,我是小青蛙🐸<麵屋有漁>目前有兩家分店,這次用餐的是萬華店。 這是之前朋友推薦的,週末剛好在附近,就來吃吃看~ 販售海鮮類湯頭的拉麵~店內座位約十個,且都是吧台式座位,採取機台自助點餐與結帳。 ⭐️原味石斑魚白湯 $280 石斑魚/魚酥/豬叉燒/雞叉燒/海苔/溏心蛋 拉麵麵體是細麵,且可以客製選 麵硬/麵軟 ?! 石斑魚是有去骨喔,魚的肉質Q 不軟爛,且石斑魚白湯的湯頭真的很鮮甜耶,湯頭略稠,喝起來有膠質感,配上吸飽湯汁的細麵,我覺得很好吃😋 ⭐️卡布奇諾蝦湯 $320 蝦🦐/豬叉燒/雞叉燒/溏心蛋 拉麵麵體是粗麵,一樣可以客製選 麵硬/麵軟 ?! 這碗是朋友點的,我有吃幾口~ 湯頭呈現橘紅色,雖然品項叫做卡布奇諾,但喝起來沒有咖啡味,整碗是很蝦的香氣。 蝦子吃起來很新鮮,蝦湯濃醇卻不會強烈得膩口,旁邊還有一坨奶泡增添風味,配上有嚼勁的粗麵,好吃~ 🐸湯頭濃醇度:卡布奇諾蝦湯>原味石斑魚白湯 ‼️結論: 之前吃過很雷的魚介系拉麵後,一直都很害怕再嘗試這類的拉麵,但麵屋有漁的魚湯拉麵或蝦湯拉麵,湯頭味道很平衡,整體吃起來也沒有腥味,是好吃的魚介系拉麵~會想回訪再吃😋

湯頭從聞到喝都是魚味,湯頭整體非常鮮甜,跟麵體一起吃蠻搭的!!!麵體是屬於細麵且較硬,吸附湯汁吃起來很爽!!!搭配石斑魚肉鮮甜可口沒有刺,有附上舒肥叉燒、溏心蛋,整體上是一碗穿起來舒服的拉麵,喜歡吃魚的朋友可以來嘗試!

First time having shrimp ramen. A different tasting broth compared to the local prawn mee/hokkien mee. Love the option of deshelling your prawn. The chicken broth was nice as well. You can add on chili oil for extra flavor. Service was fast and even gave my son a small ballon when leaving. Price is expensive, especially for the drinks. A good place to come to if you want to try a different kind of ramen
