This place is my go-to choice for late-night snacks. Whenever I'm craving something or don't know what to eat, I always get takeout of their braised foods. Compared to other braised food shops nearby, this one leaves the best impression on me, especially the spicy stinky tofu and duck blood, which are awesome.

The shop adopts a self-service style, with ingredients neatly arranged in a refrigerated cabinet, making it convenient and flexible to choose. This time I ordered:
Pig skin 25 NT$, radish 10 NT$, raw tofu pouch (*2) 30 NT$, sweet potato balls (*3) 25 NT$, baby bok choy 40 NT$, black fungus 30 NT$, bamboo shoots 30 NT$, A vegetable 30 NT$, pork shank 60 NT$, signature spicy stinky tofu 70 NT$.
Total: 350 NT$.

Reasons for recommendation:

1. Delicious and reasonably priced: The broth is rich, and the seasoning for the braised foods can be adjusted. The stinky tofu has a strong aroma; the ingredient prices are friendly and less likely to be a disappointment.
2. Healthy options: Mainly focuses on whole vegetables and ingredients.
3. Friendly service: The owner has a kind attitude, making the purchasing process more enjoyable.

The spicy stinky tofu is especially recommended, but you might get addicted!

For many years, the quality at Zhenhao Braised Foods has remained consistent, making it one of the most worthwhile braised food shops to try in the area. Especially the spicy duck blood and stinky tofu always make my mouth water. I recommend it to friends who love braised foods!
