I went to a fully reservation-based yakitori restaurant that I've been curious about for a while, located in Tenroku. 🐔

The restaurant is called Harada Saito, and is closest to the Tenjinbashi-suji Rokuchome station on the Hankyu train and Osaka Metro. 🚃

It is a renovated old house located in a residential area. 🏠

The restaurant operates on a two-part reservation system. ✨

There are only counter seats available, and the table had chicken flake🐔, spicy seasoning🔥, and black spicy seasoning🔥. ✨

The menu prices are:
Cooking fee: 6500 yen
Soft drink unlimited refill: 1000 yen
Regular alcohol unlimited refill: 2000 yen
Premium alcohol unlimited refill: 4500 yen
It is necessary to choose one of the three types of drink unlimited refills‼️

The drinks included:
Tea chuhai, yuzu jam chuhai, Calpis chuhai, and oolong tea. 🐦‍⬛
They were all wonderful! ✨

The seasonal potage consisted of a green pea potage. 🫛
It was served hot🔥, had a rich bean flavor, and was delicious! 🫛

The onsen tamago (hot spring egg) with Ranou chicken – served with chicken flakes and dashi soy sauce –
I topped it generously with chicken flakes 🐔.
The yolk was rich, and the dashi enhanced the flavor of the chicken flakes, making it delicious. 🥚

The appetizer box had seven items. 🍱

The soft steamed chicken paired perfectly with the crispy scallions, and the flavor was delightful. 🐔
Kawa-sen (chicken skin) 🐔
A chewy and crispy skin with a sweet and spicy sauce that was delicious. 🐔

It was crunchy and soaked in dashi, making it delicious. ✨

It was thick, hearty, and flavorful, making it delicious. 🥒

Special top-quality thigh tataki – with dashi butter and Kujo onion –
The skin was crispy, and the tataki was rich and juicy, making it delicious.
The pairing of the dashi butter with the onion was also great. 🐔🧈

Omakase yakitori with seven types. 🐔
Two types were served on a plate, with salt and sauce placed in different locations.
Hatsu (chicken heart) 🐔
Grilled with salt, it was tender and delicious. 🐔
Sasami (chicken tender) 🐔
On top, there was raw sasami mixed with perilla leaves. ✨
The contrast of grilled and raw sasami was delightful. ✨
The flavor of perilla and ume paste was also good, and delicious. 🐔
Grilled thigh with sauce 🐔
Tender and sweetened with sauce, it was delicious. 🐔

The hot grilled zucchini’s texture combined with the salad was delicious. 🥒

Seasonal hand-wrapped chicken shumai 🐔

The chicken was fluffy,
and the okra was crunchy and gooey, making it delicious. ✨

Exquisite fried chicken wings 🐔
The skin was crispy, and the meat was juicy and rich and delicious. 🐔
Sprinkled with salt, it was tasty as is, and also good with yuzu pepper. 🔥

Special rare fried chicken breast 🐔
The inside was rare and beautiful. ✨
The batter had flavor, and paired well with lemon, making it delicious. 🐔
It was so soft and juicy, not at all like chicken breast. 🐔

Kyoto fried tofu
Prepared with Saikyo miso and yuzu miso. ✨
The dashi was delicious, the turnips were tender and wonderful. ✨
The fried tofu was thick and rich, and the Saikyo yuzu miso was also delicious. ✨

Served with ginger-flavored soboro
A quail egg was placed on top, which I cracked and mixed in. 🍚
Strong flavor, and it paired well with the rice. 🐔🍚
I poured some chicken white soup over half of it and enjoyed it as ochazuke (rice in tea or broth), which was also delicious. 🐔

The tea leaves were rich, not overly sweet, and had a strong matcha flavor, making it delicious. 🍵

It was an incredibly satisfying course! 🥰
I think the content will change with the seasons, so this is definitely a place I want to visit again. 😍
