Inheriting the good taste of my grandfather for 50 years 😋 It can be a main meal or an afternoon tea.
Located under the arcade on Xiaogang Street, the environment is simple but very clean.
The glutinous rice sausage and sausage are grilled using a smokeless electric grill, which gives a different flavor from charcoal grilling, but it's very fresh and not greasy, allowing you to enjoy the handcrafted delicacy.
The boss and the boss lady are very thoughtful; whether you're dining in or taking out, they'll ask if you want a bowl of the oden soup and even turn on the fan if you're worried it's too hot 🥹🫶🏻.
Although the shop is not in a very busy area, customers come by from time to time, and they all seem to be regulars who come to support the place. After being in Xiaogang for so long, I can't believe I just discovered this shop!!!

This time for dining in, I had a platter and took away a set of large intestine wrapped in small intestine.

• Cut ingredients: garlic, tender ginger, cucumber
• Wrapped ingredients: pickled vegetables, preserved radish, cucumber
  The boss will ask if you have anything you don’t eat. If you don’t have any particular dislikes, I recommend adding everything! Especially the garlic and tender ginger, which do not have an overly stimulating taste.
  There are several bottles of sauces on the table that you can add yourself; my favorites are the spicy sauce and soy sauce paste. 👍🏻

𓌉𓇋 Traditional glutinous rice sausage $50

• This is peanut glutinous rice sausage, which is slightly crispy on the outside. When you take a bite, you can really smell the sausage's aroma, but the store handles it well, and it’s completely free of any fishy scent. The inside has a soft and glutinous texture.

𓌉𓇋 Handmade sorghum wine sausage $30

• The sorghum wine sausage is handmade using pork hind leg meat. When you bite into it, there’s a light fragrance of sorghum wine. The saying "handmade is different" is absolutely true; for $30 each, I think it's quite reasonable.

𓌉𓇋 Large intestine wrapped in small intestine $80

• The take-out packaging is rolled up, so it doesn’t make your hands dirty while eating. Next time I'll try the store's popular scallion pancake with sausage.
