This time, we dined in the banquet hall of "He Feng Xin Zhan Resort Hotel" in Taitung for the company's year-end party. The overall dining experience leaned towards a formal banquet style, quite different from the feel of regular hotel restaurants or buffets. The banquet hall is spacious, with clear flow, and the lighting and table arrangements are appropriate, so even with a large number of people, it does not feel crowded, making it quite suitable as a venue for company gatherings or large events.

The first dish served was an appetizer platter, which was quite rich in variety, and the presentation of the sashimi was a delightful surprise. The fish was fresh, finely cut, and had a clean taste without any fishy smell; it was above average for banquet-style cuisine and effectively provided a great starting point for the meal.

The next course focused on hot dishes, mainly seafood, with the grouper being a particularly memorable dish. The fish was delicate, with a noticeable gelatinous texture, and the cooking method aimed to preserve its original flavor without excessive seasoning, allowing the quality of the ingredients to shine through. The large shrimps were substantial, with firm and sweet meat, cleaned well, and were enjoyable with simple cooking.

The meat soup in the middle of the meal belonged to the familiar taste of Taiwanese banquets, with a warm and gentle broth that was not too heavy, making it a perfect transitional soup. Overall, the banquet cuisine at He Feng Xin Zhan is a reassuring and satisfying choice for company year-end parties.
