Japan really emphasizes professionalism in everything. Previously, I had eaten at a restaurant that specializes in beef tongue in Osaka. Since I liked it so much last time, when I saw this beef tongue specialty store, I quickly made a reservation! After making the reservation, I found out that this restaurant is actually very famous, with many influencers and recommendations on Xiaohongshu! Indeed, there weren't many seats available when I made the reservation, and at that time, I didn't realize it was such a popular restaurant.

Today we ordered:

I have to say... Japanese beef is really amazing! Although the tongue part is originally very tender, they managed to enhance the fragrance of the beef tongue and its chewiness. Each bite is so tender that it's hard to stop; no wonder many people, even when full, still order extra plain beef tongue!

The beef was also incredibly delicious, each bite cooked to perfection and very tender! So tasty—perfect with rice!

Next to the rice, they also serve a bowl of very fresh yam. Mixing the yam puree with the rice elevates the happiness of each bite! I absolutely love this combination!

Overall, I highly recommend it! Especially for those who love beef, you definitely shouldn't miss out. However, I suggest making a reservation beforehand; otherwise, you'll have to queue for a long time at the entrance!
