A friend highly recommended this place, so I decided to try it for my birthday meal this time! It was absolutely amazing, definitely the best sushi I've had recently.

This restaurant offers Omakase, and you have to choose your set menu when making a reservation. There are three levels, mainly differing in portion size and ingredients. Since both of us have small appetites, we chose the cheapest option to try it out, and we were still very full.

I remember there were about three birthday celebrations that day. The restaurant thoughtfully prepared a red sea bream birthday cake, which felt like an additional treat. From the first dish to the last, everything was very satisfying, and it's definitely a place worth visiting again.

Appetizers: Sesame tofu with peanuts, persimmon, komatsuna
Red sea bream, shiso flowers, snowflake salt
Ao Gan, grated radish, Kinzanji miso
Simmered Dish: Fish Paste, Corn, Minced Cauliflower
Halibut and perilla flowers, the halibut's oil is incredibly fragrant, and it tastes super delicious when brushed with sauce.
White sweetness, paired with grated ginger and scallions on top, is truly perfect! I usually don't eat scallions or ginger, but this combination is really harmonious; I feel like this is the right way to pair them!
Snow crab hand roll
The fatty tuna is really quite different from Sushiro's. The aroma of the whole bluefin tuna perfectly complements the vinegared rice at an ideal temperature, making it unforgettable.
Mini bluefin tuna rice bowl, actually half of it is sea urchin, but I'm not a sea urchin fan, so I filled it all up with bluefin tuna. Super satisfying~
The sake cups chosen are very cute.
Low-temperature fried sweet potato, and next to it is a delicious miso cheese stir-fried with Japanese sake.
Grilled Cod with Saikyo Miso
The red meat of the bluefin tuna, this dish was originally an eel hand roll, but since I don't eat eel, it became this instead.
The birthday cake is made up of flowers rolled from sea bream.
It tastes like cheesecake, but it is actually tamagoyaki.
Raspberry cheesecake, the final dessert, this one was a bit ordinary.
The side dishes that come with the table include pickled radish, licorice guava, and pickled ginger, which can be refilled unlimitedly. It's awesome! I probably refilled about four plates in total.
