默爾 pasta pizza 新北誠品新板店

My expectations were not high as I don't have good experiences for Italian restaurants in Taiwan in general, but I was blown away by how amazing the food was. The flavors all matched what I expect from Italian food, something I have no trouble finding in New York, and everything was cooked to perfection. I basically told my wife "I don't miss home anymore" after the meal: that's how great this place is.

Service was friendly, food did take a while though, they said to expect longer for the fish, but what really took the longest was the pizza. I forgot to take pictures of the pizza but it was also really good, half Hawaiian (for the toddler) and half mushroom pepperoni. Crust was thin and tasted good on its own, chewy and crispy at the same time.

Love this place, I already want to go back.
