【Foodholic乃子@台北】 甜不辣講真的似乎沒什麼營養價值,但時不時就是會想吃一下,重點是一定要搭配麵,就可以當作簡單的一頓正餐了 這家甜不辣專賣店「台北煮食甜不辣」位於台北車站附近,距離Z8出口走路約4分鐘,平日中午時段感覺客源主要是附近的上班族 直接跟老闆點餐就好,不用劃單;內用的話,先點餐結帳,再到隔壁的座位區,外帶的話,點完餐後取餐時再結帳 甜不辣可以選擇湯的或乾的,乾的口味會比較重;另外也可以加麵,有烏龍麵、冬粉、鍋燒意麵、板條、王子麵等5種可以選 份量也可以調整,有小碗(小甜不辣+1份麵)、麵多(小甜不辣+2份麵)、料多(大甜不辣+1份麵)、都多(大甜不辣+2份量),各種食量的人都能滿足 ps除了甜不辣之外,還有賣筒仔米糕;另外也可以額外加蔬菜或水煮蛋喔! 我點了一份料多(大甜不辣+1份麵) $85 甜不辣有8種品項,包含甜不辣片、甜不辣條、竹輪、蘿蔔、油豆腐、貢丸、海帶、豬血糕,除了後三樣品項是各1個外,其他品項大概都有2-3個 裡面還有很像鷹嘴豆的東西,蠻特別的存在 我選擇乾的,醬汁吃起來就是比較無趣的鹹味,推薦可以加辣油 因為重複的品項蠻多的,雖然能吃飽,但吃起來比較無聊 麵的部分我選擇王子麵,覺得煮得有點太軟了,口感待加強 小建議: 可以點小碗的,再另外加蔬菜,會比較豐富和有營養(看到隔壁客人有加,份量感覺還行,今天的蔬菜是高麗菜和蚵白菜~) 如果想喝湯的話,可以直接拿碗給老闆,湯喝起來就是甜甜的,沒什麼特別 整體而言,價格蠻可愛的,就算點「麵料都多」再加一份蔬菜也只要$130,作為午餐不會心疼荷包;甜不辣味道則是中規中矩,沒什麼令人驚艷的品項,若是甜不辣(關東煮)本身的話,比較推薦吉甜不辣~

【Foodholic乃子@台中】 天氣冷就很想要吃關東煮這類有熱呼呼湯頭的食物,好友推薦這家位於逢甲夜市裡頭的「阿華黑輪」 (似乎有兩個店面) 店門口的攤車就擺了超大鍋的關東煮,放了非常多食材,有原型食物,也有火鍋料 我們沒有看價格胡亂夾了三人份的餐點,有高麗菜捲、香菇、豆包、蘿蔔、竹輪、魚蛋豆腐等等,最後費用是$300左右,個人覺得不會到很貴,算是蠻平價的 外帶的話,店家會詢問湯要不要另外包,以及醬料需不需要辣,另外包的湯真的給超極多,想喝熱湯的人有福了 不過我們拿回家後,覺得關東煮和湯都有點冷掉了,吃起來都是常溫的,覺得少了一點吃關東煮的幸福感 吃完後的結論: 覺得湯頭本身還不錯喝,就是冷掉了有點可惜 食材吃起來普普通通,沒有哪一項讓人特別驚豔,但也沒有哪一樣是不好吃的 大推醬料!!!!!!!!!真的很特別,我從來沒有在其他關東煮店吃過這種醬料,顏色偏橘紅,本來以為是不是會辣,但其實不會,吃起來有一股很重的花生味道(不能吃花生的要特別注意),沾關東煮吃整個味道都提生一個檔次了! 沒有沾醬料的關東煮大概是2.5顆星,但是多了這個醬料我要給3.5顆星!

除了關東煮之外,其實還賣了涼麵、牛肉麵、雪花煎餃跟麻辣鴨血豆腐,是個很多角化經營的街邊小吃店。而且我個人覺得除了關東煮之外,其他的品項都好吃很多,看老闆要不要改一下餐廳定位哈哈哈😂 這家「一盞燈」位在天母圓環旁邊的小路上,周邊是小吃的一級戰區,之所以會看到這家是因為想要吃關東煮,但沒想到店內關東煮只是一個搭配好料的單點品項,反倒是其他的餐點選擇更多元~ 而且基本上沒有內用座位,座位全部都是在人行道上,有一排是面對攤位櫃檯坐的,剩下的兩張桌子就是擺在公共區域,環境上來說真的偏侷促。 老闆口音感覺是外省人,賣的麵類口感也比較不是台灣本土的口味。 我個人最喜歡他們的麻醬涼麵,麻醬好甜好香,跟麵拌在一起吃起來超級涮嘴。 雪花煎餃視覺上很震撼,整鍋的麵粉跟著餃子煎成雪花狀,最後再倒蓋在盤子上。煎餃的內餡多汁不膩口,吃得到蔬菜的鮮脆口感,雪花的部分有點焦掉,但瑕不掩瑜。 泰式酸辣涼麵很合我胃口,酸酸甜甜的,其實不會太辣。 關東煮🍢我反而最沒有印象…抱歉了關東煮,用料普通、湯頭也沒有特別有記憶點。裡面的滷豆乾是最入味好吃的,但那個豆乾好像是跟麻辣鴨血一起滷的,所以我個人覺得沒辦法跟關東煮一起比。
