This is the Keelung Meihua Large Intestine Sausage - Nanshijiao Store. Located inside the Zhonghe Heping Street night market, the environment is clean and bright, and the sauce area is well maintained. The flow for dine-in and takeout is quite smooth. After ordering, the store prepares and packages your food quickly, and you can also make phone or online reservations, which is quite convenient.

This time I ordered:
• Pig intestine (NT$40): It's cleaned very well, with no fishy smell, and has a slightly crunchy texture that becomes more fragrant the more you chew.
• Pig skin (NT$40 ×2): Super chewy and perfectly braised, with no greasy sensation, soaked in broth for great flavor—this is something I order every time I come.
• Fried tofu (NT$30) + radish (NT$30): These two items also performed well. The radish is stewed enough to be tender and has some broth when you bite into it, while the fried tofu is on the denser side and tastes especially good with the special sauce.

I didn't order the rice noodle soup, but with the side dishes, I was actually quite full. I highly recommend their dipping sauce, which is sweet and salty with a hint of garlic; it enhances the flavor of everything and is the kind of sauce that makes you want to take some home.

Overall, it's a nice combination of Taiwanese snacks with just the right portion, sufficient flavor without being greasy, perfect for grabbing on the way home after work to enjoy with some TV—it’s simple and satisfying.
