Heipo Hall San Chung Chinese Store is located on Zhonghua Road next to the Zhongshan Bridge in San Chung. Although the area mainly consists of residential neighborhoods, it remains quite lively.
Heipo Hall seems to be an emerging chain of hand-shaken drinks, with little information available on the official website, and its branches are quite dispersed; there is only one each in San Chung and Luzhou in New Taipei City.
Today, I enjoyed Taiwan's Dong Pian Si Ji Chun, priced at 30 NT dollars.
Taiwan's Dong Pian Si Ji Chun:
Due to the hot weather, I chose it with reduced sugar and normal ice. The flavor of Dong Pian Si Ji Chun is very smooth, and the reduced sugar does not overshadow the tea's charm but rather highlights its flavor even more.
This item has won a two-star award from the Belgian iTQi International Taste Institute, and I think it truly deserves it. I believe the unsweetened version should also be quite good, so I might challenge myself to try it next time I pass by.
Overall, it is an emerging chain of dessert drink stores. The shop also sells ice products and tofu pudding, so nearby residents might want to give it a try. After all, this isn't something that's suitable to carry around for consumption, so I won’t consider that.
I recommend it to everyone.
